Sorry Coffee , don't know what insect this is, presumably its a sort of Mayfly. With regards to the nettings, it looked man-made. Regarding the cropping,
would prefer a bit more room at the top and bottom. This is obviously a small insect and you did well to be able to get good details of it.

Looks a lot like a crane fly. Seems it is holding a piece of wing from another insect in it's mouth.
